Dark Elixir Ice Troop

This troop is a tank and as the name implies, it is made of ice. I havent really came up with a name for it yet. Its favourite target is defensive buildings. What it does is that it freezes the building with its icy breath, immobilising it for a few seconds doing very little damage per shot and once it is frozen it moves on to another defence. Inferno towers are immune to this effect and inferno towers deal 2x the damage to them. It would only have 2 levels. This troop can only be unlocked and upgraded at town hall 10.
Stats for lvl 1:

• hitpoints: 3000
• damage per second: 10
• Attack speed: Once every second
• Freeze effect time:5 seconds
• favourite target: defences
• movement speed: 15
• Cost: 500 dark elixir

Stats for lvl 2:

• hitpoints: 3700
• damage per second: 15
• Attack speed: Once every second
• Freeze effect time:8 seconds
• favourite target: defences
• movement speed: 15
• Cost: 750 dark elixir

It would look something similar to the bewilderbeast in how to train your dragon 2 as shown below.
