Similar to my idea for a 'repeat last load-out button' would be to add several tabs to the bottom of each barracks training screen, along the lines of the layout editor.
The tabs would work like car radio buttons, where if you hold them down a bit, it saves the current radio station (i.e. gives you an editor to create a new training queue preset for that tab).
In this case, a first time depress of a 'save load-out tab' would bring up an overlay of the training queue editor to save the load-out you want for future use. Once saved that particular load-out would save a miniature image of the load-out queue to the tab (so you could recognize it), and a quick press of that tab would simply add that particular load-out to the training queue. Holding that tab down longer would bring up the load-out editor up again for that tab.
That way you could have several different load-out presets that could easily be added to the training queue.
(My goal for this is to take out the drudgery of repeatedly making training queues, and avoiding memorizing different ones I create)
