Everything about the Christmas Tree. (With a picture. YAY!)

I had a couple of questions about the X-Mas Tree that just came out.

I want an X-Mas Tree to spawn on the edge of my base preferably next to the Halloween Headstone, would my base work to do that? I have since moved the gold mines and elixir collectors and the only one that is one space away from the dark green perimeter is the elixir collector next to the gold mine.

Do the X-Mas Trees spawn outside of the 1 tile perimeter or is it inside the perimeter, anywhere there is a 2x2 space?

Does there need to be a certain number of spaces on my base for it to spawn?

Also, no other obstacles have appeared since creating this base a couple of days ago, am I doing something wrong?

So, 2 questions: Do Christmas trees take 25k to cut down and give 75k like last time? And, does anyone have 2 or 3 yet?

Why would u remove it, it gives u elixir presents, oohh well

I got a tree right after the update, collected, and just received a new present so I think it takes a week.

I have a Xmas tree in the very top corner of my base, can't really see it. Based on the fact that SC says everyone will get the same amount of Xmas trees, if I cut it down, can I still have hopes on another one spawning in a different area of my base??

X-mas trees are totally random, you can get 0 or you can get 5 I will recommended you to let it stay, you may get another one

Have to completely disagree SC themselves said we would all get the same amount (fingers crossed). Additionally the spawn points are not random either based on other forum posts
