Instead of a new building why not add on to the old one? imagine the dark storage with a divider in the middle, it holds the same as before but now you can hold both in one. But instead of it taking up its normal space it will expand the same space as the TH.

just ideas. I figured there would be barracks and drill but I wasn't going to bother with those if this idea wasn't successful.

Thats half an idea. Why do we need it? What makes it different to dark elixir? (except the colour). We nee more than just, "here is a new resource, dunno what to do with it".

As the game progresses so does it's complexity. So whoever says ideas just complicate the game maybe you just want updates that are nothing new then?

as far as the thread goes I mean yeah it's interesting to think about "Light Troops" with this New resource but maybe I can refer back to what mentioned in a earlier thread about new resources. If we really must have a new resource I was hoping it wouldn't be something we can directly obtain.

Like a Refinery. Perhaps Dark Elixir goes into this refinery and then you get "Light Elixir" to use for Light Troops. Though that's about as far as I'm willing to go on the idea. Dark elixir is rare enough. I mean when you gain access to this supposed refinery they could increase the amount of Dark Elixir you have access to via increasing production on drills or when raiding. It sounds like a lot of hassle.

And what with all these upgrades taking days at a time, another thing to upgrade that would take that much farming sounds no fun at all... They would never allow us to use our multiple builders on projects at one time to speed things up. Anyways I'm ranting about my fears.

This is idea of yours for Light Troops will stay with me but there has got to be a better way.
i mean it sounds like in my mind these Light Troops would be a bunch of support troops whilst the dark troops or more offensive but that's my imagination. If anything i think if this resource could be used on anything it's decreasing the build times. Thats a joke but I wish it wasn't.
