Dragons make it so easy!

I finally got my level 2 dragons and fully upgraded heal and rage. I am TH7.

It seems super easy to 3 star any TH7 with 10 level2 dragons, a heal and 2 rages. Just, TH7 has nothing that can stop that.

And most TH8 also seem like easy pickings for dragons.

I love it. Automatic 6 stars every war. Now my challenge is attacking th9 with TH7 level dragons.

Is there any way for th7 to prevent 3star from dragons?

If you knew the enemy will use dragons how would you design your base?

everything that can attack air units in the middle, spaced just enough to prevent dragon splash from burning more than 1? With everything else lining the periphery to keep the drags going in circles while your anti air structures pick away at them?

Dont try attacking th 9 with mass drags. XBows, Archer Queen, Higher level ad. Mass drag is dead at th 9.
There is no way to avoid mass drag no matter what the base design is for th 7. TRUST ME. Used anti drag bases when i was th 7. Barely works. Th 8, mass dragging gets trickier, but when your drags are lev 3, I think most th 8 will get wiped with mass drags.

Heal spell is bad for dragons. For TH7 bring 3 lightning spells, way cheaper than rage. It's impossible for a TH7 player to not get 3 starred by all dragons assuming the attacker plays correctly.

Or he doesn't use 3 lit to zap. It is actually IMPOSSIBLE to use a th7 vs th7 raid with mass dragon and 3 lit spell if the lit spell doesn't miss the AD.

To Op, as stated, it is superior to use 3 lit spell than heal/rage when going up against th7. Also, mass dragon with L2 dragon against max Th8 is not advisable ... you must have gone up against preme TH8 let alone TH9 lol

I appreciate the advise to use lightning instead of rage, but I don't care if rage is expensive.
Ever since I have gotten rage I haven't been using lightning whatsoever. For war or even farming.
But now that I'm trying to raid for dark elixir I realized I can just lightning (level 4 lit) the dark elixir storage 3 times in a row and basically wipe it out.

I like using rage for dragons because it speeds them up. So I use it right away to ensure that all 10 drags get raged up.

Yeah heal seems kinda ineffective, esp since you only heal a few drags in all likelihood.

Mass drag is still very possible vs th9 if you max out rage and bring a hound or 2. But by th 9 you should have much cheaper , more affective army going for you. Like gowipe, gowiwi, hogwiwi, holoonian etc.
The asians are ninjas with drags and i see them 2 starring th10 with mass drag. So its always viable. Just expensive as hell
