How do I raid this base? (I'm a lower TH)

I'm a lower TH (th6 and he's th7) and my best troop is balloons, any idea how I could attack it? (It's for a war)

*EDIT*
Just noticed he only has a level 1 air defence and low level archer towers except 1, how should I take out his wizard tower? (My only downside)

First kill his clan clastle with your Archers. Then Take 70% balloons, rest Archers. Drop half balloons near left AD and the other half near top AD. Once the defenses are all out, drop the leftoever Archers. Good luck

Yeah but they're only level 2 (Shot down quite easily)

If level 2 balloons are your best troop then dont attack this guy. Leave clan wars for a while, and upgrade your troops first.

I mean my most expensive, I have level 3 archers/barbs and level 2 wall breakers/giants
