    The Ranger (original idea)

    Despite what the title says, I want to say that the concept of a ranger is totally unoriginal. Some credit to my idea belongs to Soccerdude1 who i apologize to, but his idea is here and please view it. The originality is the way in which it is designed.

    Ranger level 1:
    Hp:34
    Dps:18
    Attack Speed: 1 second
    Range: 5.5 tiles
    Damage per shot:18
    Speed: 26
    Cost: 62 de
    Time: 50 seconds
    Housing: 3
    Dark barracks/townhall unlocked at: 7, 10

    I like the concept for this troop, but I believe he is a little too weak. Maybe make him have 10 more HP per level. Other than that, I like this concept.

    what do yu mean my Ai is too complicated, its as simple as don't place 5 down within a 2x2 tile radius. Also try to keep them close to archer towers in order to kill them. No AI complications involved

    He is the originator of your troop and deserves recognition. I find it comical that you would label this thread subject as an original idea.

    As for the design, there are far too many parameters regarding the troop as previously mentioned. The learning curve for this game is designed for 10 year old's and including exceptions such as not including too many in a group (4+), and dying instantly by all traps is simply too complicated to intelligently include in any troop formation.

    Look at the current troops:
    Archers (ranged, attacks anything)
    Barbarians (melee, attacks anything)
    Giants (high HP, attacks defenses)
    Goblins (fast melee, attacks loot)
    Hog Riders (jumps walls, attacks defense)

    ...the common factor with all these units is that they have 1-2 unique qualities and then function the same once placed.

    first i thought i explained the original idea part in which the ability is original not the general idea of the troop. So learn how to read, and please don't hate. Second thank you for the name i will be sure to include that in the update to my thread. Now onto your troop critiques. May i ask what you're smoking to say that a 10 year old doesn't understand a bomb killing someone. I think the real issue with the ability is understanding that the game is developed to make money, not appease 10 year olds who usually can't pay for gems. SC will do what they want to earn money. Their target will be 18+ years old who can pay and I'm certain they can understand the system. Im almost 15 (1 month 4 days away) and i created the system of the ability. It really shouldn't be that hard to understand and i believe it will thrive in SC's clash of clans.

    ​If you have an actual point about something like the troops stats, or ability making it op, please tell me, but don't tell me that someone won't understand the ability because that gets us nowhere, tell me why and how to fix it or don't comment without thinking things through.

    well said above, this guy needs to butt out, that issue doesn't concern him though you should definitely apologize. Anyway, the troop is a little like the archer, what would he look like, and can he throw something like a sling shot or just something else aside from an arrow?

    thans for your feedback. The troop would have no hood, mud on his face, a brown and green camo cape, and his arrows would leave a green sparkling trail. Also, every couple seconds his image would flicker out and then back in to show he's invisible-ish
