TH 9er can attack with level 6 loons, lvl 1 lava hound, lvl 2 minions, level 4 healing spells, level 3 Rage spells. CC 25 (clan has level 3 minions available) BK and AQ.
Troop capacity 210.

Any way he can 1 or 2 star this base.
Not a pro loon user so we need help.
Any tips/strategies will be appreciated.
