Depending on preference, until you get all black skulls, I'd recommend pushing your skulls to the 2nd tier, i.e your inner or second line walls. If not, see where you get attacked from the most and put your strongest walls there. Usually if 3 sides are black and one side is purple, attackers psychologically prefer to attack from the purple side, so that's a good place to focus your defenses etc (not too obviously)

Walls need some improving for a tH9..anyways, I would place walls WITH WITH WITH u got that WITH pink walls protecting some purple walls...purple walls go over your purple walls...but some builder huts in to distract your opponbent... keep remaining buildings in a tight circle around nase.
