i have to ask :why when we upgrading the queen/king i need to use builder?!
and why i can't use them when are they healing?! i want to go to attack with queen/king even if they have 10% HP! its my choice! No?!

Errm... Because otherwise its an invincible troop that you can use to constant attack...
It will always have a minimum of 1% health, so it will never be healing. (by your logic)

The builder is "upgrading" the king and queen's armor to withstand more hits and weapons to hit harder
