I'm looking to make a clan with about 10-15 people or so, I want this to be a war clan that wars very frequently. I think the boundaries of the clan should be TH7-TH9 and of course looking for maxed bases or close to maxed. I do have a few friends in these ranges but I'm definitely looking for a couple people to step up and either help me out or give me suggestions.
