My story as prematured TH9 - Don't rush to TH9 !

just want to share my prematured Th story and how it ends

l First and important fact : Max. what u can on every townhall level ... when i started to play this great game, i was in a noob clan and didnt know about this forum here, nobody told me anything and i loved it to rush from one TH to next one, just for few more golden walls. Because playing with walls was the reason i played at that time ^^

When i come to TH7, i started to upgrade to TH8 immediately, why not, there is so much gold out there ... oh no wait, i rush on to TH9, have bought some gems for faster rushing to next townhall because i love this game.

At this point i spent about 50-70 Euro in gems... Didnt want spent more , because this was the money i usually spent in ps3 games in a month. Now i was TH9, very lucky with gold walls, this nice black castle and my high-end-farming troop all level 3! Never heard anythink about premature .

I builded some goblins with my 120 space army for collecting gold , like in most Th before only drop them and enjoy ... but .. very strange, i found no more 350.000 k raids and omg i ever used only my goblin, but it seems that this will not work for longer. I failed one raid after the next.

So, finally after a while i started to „hate“ this game, with this army i could not get anything at this level , only a kick in my ♥♥♥. I had no chance, no fun and crying after my money, found this forum here where everybody said: DONT RUSH TO TH9 !!!

So there was no fun for me, i quit and started a new account, because raiding with loot was much more fun i bought 4+5 builder and played this as my babyaccount without rushing and thinking first. Have a look, ver well layout from pingfao btw im at level 78 and a lot of things to upgrade, got this level mainly of donations because i use this account as clan support account with maxed wizards, dragons and other troops only had to raid 2-3 a day for elexier, didnt spent much time in this account for now. Finally i decided to gem 700.000 elexier, in my main account so i could get lvl 4 archers or goblins, dont know what it was. Very very slowly i get all lvl 4 troops but my road for next months, will be full with stones and very, very, very hard.

had to level all walls from gold to skull, all deff ... nearly everything. The time i ve spent in this account .... dont ask. With my babyaccount i got all purple walls at TH7 in 2-3 Weeks, with my main account i needed months and much more raid. Starting to leveling at TH9 is hell, but i had spent so much time and finally money, dont want go give up and with these lvl6 troops i had much more success and made my way. Acutally i spent about 50 Euro in 1-3 months, but having fun with this, mostly had to free up builder because storages full ( never dreamed that there will be one day with problems like that

I was enjoying 100k each loot with TH until I gemmed my TH to level 9 LOL... because I wanted to get the X-bow !

Anyway... c'est la vie... so suck it up... lol

I get 100 of each at every attack and I have 2 bows from a long time.

I am a premature town hall 8, and i was ready to make a push to 9 about a week ago, but then i made an account on the forums and have read the stories. I will not go to town hall 9 until i am maxed out here at 8. In fact, I've purposely not upgraded my storages to hold 4 million gold just so I don't get tempted to upgrade my town hall.

It's also stupid to upgrade your TH too early. Besides, 3mil gold isn't very easy to get at an early TH9.

do you know there's something called multi-quote? It's just right to the normal quote button.

People tend to get tempted with the new toys available at TH9 and drool at the thought of them. The worst are those who just keep pushing their TH and neglect everything else then try to raid with lvl 3 troops and fail most raids. No gold and elixir profit to the point they cant even afford to keep their x-bows loaded, Probably the very thing that tempted them to TH rush in the first place.

While this would benefit me, sadly I have a conscience, upgrade too soon and be raided into oblivion.

Hi guys

I have read a lot of threads saying dont lv up your TH to fast becouse there will be no gold and elixir.. But im wondering how can TH 9:ers build stuff if there is no gold and elixir to take? I my self is lv70 at TH8 with all troops maxed out except pekka is only 2stars. I have about 140 more walls to make lv8 at the small amount of 75millions. Mortar canons and wiztowers are maxed so i have still arctower tesslas and AD to upgrade at the cost of 20 millions.

My question is will i be sorry if i upgrade to TH9 now i meen it will take atleast 1,5 month to get that kind of amount if i stay at TH8. And my troops will be the same as now so do i "lose" that much if i upgrade now?
