Hey there clash of clans is the best of SC group ... Nice game need mind in designing and all but it take too much of time to upgrade higher level things so players use and buy gems but the players who dont have they enough money or a big pocket to buy them .they waits or leave or "♥♥♥♥s"... People are going to try and find ways to get the upper hand on competitors when playing games. Its human nature SC cannot stop it. Legal or not people will use every advantage they can.

It is a sticky, and informs you when you sign up, that they are english only forums.
