Multiple village layouts are really useful. I would like to have the ability to save templates and send to other people so that they can easily apply it to their village. There would be some standard base designs for each town hall level which you can download and apply to your village. People have already given names to village designs such as mantis and what not. Having templates will really save a lot of time and effort.
These templates could be available on an in-game server. These would be user-submitted templates.
Basically, many people design their war bases very poorly. Their bases are poorly designed as well. These templates would help them. It is tough to teach everyone how to design a base. Many players are kids as well. If you kick them out, they would feel bad. I can't to be too harsh on kids. They are at an impressionable age.
Sometimes, people are too lazy to redesign their base. There are just too many items on the map. I have 3 designs but I am too lazy to redesign my base now. Too much effort. And things will get more complex on higher town hall levels.
Templates are needed so we can test different designs with ease.
I am not complaining about the update. I want things to be taken to a next level.
I hope Supercell is listening.
