Clan war participation On/Off button

I'm playing this game for about 6 months.
Now Town hall Lv 9-

My clan members are my friends and co-workers..
Me and some members really love clan wars, but the other members don't wanna participate in clan wars..


So, I suggest..

Please make a On/Off button to every person in clan, whether he/she wants to participate in clan war..

If he/she chooses 'On' status, he/she's active and willing to participate in clan wars.
And 'Off' status? It means he/she will not participate in clan wars.

I think its a good idea because some times our spell factory is at upgrade or barracks and we cant do a war . So there should be a option to off/on war
