Like the update and to all you th 8 who are crying about the wall update go grind them like a lot of us have .I guess people don't realise this update will benefit everyone more elixer into the economy for everyone.When you finally hit th 9 and 10 you will be happy about the change when your needing to upgrade your troops,lab,camps,spells o Ya and walls

You guys need to correct the order in barracks where the giants swapped by goblins. It should be as goblins on 3rd position and giants on 4th position as it used to be. I hope you fix this.

I think the update is great . The snow is a awesome effect, the only thing I noticed that u forgot to cover with snow is the walls and the statues like the pekka skull and barb statue. I also like the christmas tree. BUT MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE RREE ARE , IF U DESTRY IT DOES THE TREE COME BACK ? AND THE PRESENTS DO THEY reappear? Also I love how they added another dark exlir drill on TH 8. Does that mean there arw 3 of them on TH 9? I havent seen much difference is the change in the archer towers. But the hugest thing I think did is the being able to save multiple layouts now. Thank god . ONE THING THAT NEEDS TO ADDED THOUGH IS YOUR SEARCH CHOICES FOR A CLAN NEEDS TO BE SAVED AND SHOW MORE THAN LIKE 25 OR HOW EVER MANY IT IS ON THE LIST THERE SHOULD BE THOUSANDS I GET REALLY TIRED OF PUTTING IN THE SAME REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CLAN I WANT TO JOIN. But seriously the update is great

As a mid th9, I am very happy for the change in wall upgrades. It was very very difficult to save for my 6 mil elix upgrades in the lab. I can only imagine how much harder it will be once in TH10. It used to be relatively easy to find huge amounts of elix to farm, but I have been finding DE upgrades easier to do than normal elix upgrades in the lab personally. I think this balances things out perfectly.

I found the first half of TH9 to be an overwhelming challenge because of all the normal elix demands between army camps, dark barrack upgrades, dark drill upgrades, dark store upgrades and very expensive lab upgrades. Thank you for injecting more purple back into the game SC.

He is right with his statement, but it's sad how we get conditioned into settling for this still broken economy as being "better." They absolutely crippled the economy with the initial update, and this won't solve anything for TH10, but b/c it was an "improvement" to the initial release, players think that it's an overall improvement to their gameplay in general.

It's like we got blasted in the a**, then they went and only partially backtracked on it, but we're thanking them for only screwing up the economy a little bit now, whereas we didn't have NEARLY this issue before the initial elixir for walls update.

The new update is awesome! The snow effect is also good... lol! But the fact that I can't upgrade walls using elixir is a disgrace!! You hardly get 150k gold and elixir in a raid and my next walls cost 200k each! So, you mean that I hv to battle twice to upgrade a freaking wall?!?!? It would that been better if v could upgrade walls using elixir. If I get 200k gold and 200k elixir in a battle then I can upgrade 2 walls. Please implement this walls upgrade using elixir again or I'm quitting (I hv my freaking tests and I can't invest alot of time for these walls) or atleast, reduce the cost of these walls! :/ I'm expecting a reply..

... how many of these folks complaining they can't use elixir to build walls any more were the same folks complaining that there was no elixir to loot.

... how many of the folks complaining there is no one gem boost would be complaining why have a one gem boost when we are upgrading our mines and extractors?!?!?!

I like the update the only problem I have with it I think we should have more snow like on the rocks by the water and possibly having the water frozen and white but other then that I love it good job SC!!!

You know that makes zero sense? Some people like using gold for updating their base. You can still use your gold. Taking the elixir option away from us is brutal.

If you cant upgrade your walls to skull walls with gold you should be content with the current level of your walls. I am not a gemmer anyways and skull walls are easy. If elixir is taken for walls this means that raiding is penalized and I think that being active and raiding should be rewarded instead of being punished with elixir shortages.
