I was quite upset that the ability to upgrade walls was taken away from lower level clashers. At times I have more elixir than gold and nothing to spend it on. Having the ability to upgrade lower level walls again would be great

No it would not.

While it would help you now, it will hurt you more in the long run.

I'm TH10 now and it's still very hard to find bases with elixir worth raiding.

Sometimes I even skip bases offering 150k-200k gold because it has no elixir to cover the cost of my army.

You do not want to be elixir poor in the future. That is why it must be like this. In fact walls should be for lv 10 & lv 11 walls only at the end game. Force players to have at least $3 million elixir before they can dump it.

As for further feedback, I finally have lv 7 Giants and have given them a test run. They are nice, not significantly more powerful then lv 6, but just enough to notice they have a little bit more grunt. Much needed for us at TH10.

In no shape or form is it ruined. You are just complaining, many many people have done it. Im sure you can aswell.

Right now I'm farming and I see too much bases with nothing of gold (20k-40k?) and full of elixir (300-400k it depends of the TH level).

I upgraded TH7 full before the last 2 upgrades, when we could only upgrade them with gold, and that was easy, didn't waste so much time. But now? ...

I kind of want to say this again. The only thing that the Elixir Wall Removal Update did was hurt people TH7 and TH8.

This does NOT benefit TH10 people at all. Sorry folks.

The argument is TH7 people raid elixir from TH6. TH8 people raid elixir from TH7. TH9 people raid elixir from TH8. TH10 people raid elixir from TH9.

Yeah, about that...

TH9 people raid elixir from TH8 and dump the elixir into lvl9 walls. And you have all of the TH10 people crying again about elixir. Just suck it up.

If you are using expensive armies, then switch to barching, this doesn't waste any elixir. If you don't like barching then climb to Champions league, 180k gold/elixir and 1.2k dark elixir is more then enough to cover your troop costs.

You can't create problems for others (TH7 & TH8) while "attempting" to fix your own (TH10) problems... and then tell those (TH7 & TH8) people to suck it up. lol

And your flakey argument assumes every single player 100% maxes their base before going to the next TH.

You see far more bases with walls under max then you do with max in matchmaking every day; that is guaranteed. There are many TH9 & TH10 that cannot access the lv 9 walls either. So they too are providing more elixir for the economy. It's only those TH7 & TH8 that are blindly obsessed with maxing everything that have temporary issues with excess elixir.

You also continue to fail to read my suggestion that it should instead be increased to lava walls. But instead you just read everything as punishing others to help TH10. When you have absolutely no idea whatsoever what TH10 is like.

In a nutshell, I want it to be harder for even TH9 & TH10 to spend loot in order to allow everyone to raid more. I strongly believe the most important thing in the game is an ability to raid good loot without nexting your life away. Locking walls to lv 10+ only for elixir will assist that greatly.

1.) Rushing your th is bad, but spending weeks or even months maxing walls while your builders are idle is also bad. If you are at th8 and one with def, move to th9. It will not hurt. I went to th9 with pink walls and it was great. I get much more loot there from all the th8 Storages I can take with lvl6 giants + archer queen. A 20 to 24 Minute army (20 Minutes if I mix in some valks) can easily get all storages of most th8s. If you are not done with def and have still to much elixir, start donating to your clan, volunteer for filling warbases and use Dragons as cw armies. There is always something useful to do with elixir. If you are barching, start using better armies for attacking. Some giants do not take longer, but make it easier to raid storages.

2.) The elixir for walls update was a nice idea for high th9s and th10s because they get elixir faster than they could spend it in the lab. For th8s it is only a nice way to get rid of your elixir to avoid getting attacked and save up for the next Gold upgrade. This only killed loot if it is possible to dump both ressources into walls and put your th inside. If you dont have a full storage of dark elixir, you will stay in the Queue for 12 hours.

3.) Nobody has seen the full effect of the update yet, because we are still under barracks boost, which makes loot bad.

Clash is wasting time but It's called persistance and where where you are farm really sucks as I'm the 8 getting a least 200k raids in Max of 3 minutes. Be grateful were not upgrading 1mil or 3mil. It makes most sense as it cost so much people are benefited from it and eases the extreme difficulty maxing 1mil walls and up

Cool update and i will keep the xmas trees untill they don't grow anywhere expect boundaries :P
