Supercell. still no update to use heroes for while upgrading?!

You guys have no idea how much tjme and effort we put in in maxing our heroes. We are all players here. You're no special. So just like the rest of us, have patience. I thank you!

The thing is Clash has been out for 2+ years now. Clan wars were added into the game early this year. People could have easily level their heroes way before clan wars came out. I dont care about not using them to farm, its just impossible to be competitive in wars without them

Another possible solution is pausing upgrades. Pause an upgrade, but have the builder locked onto that upgrade, so you don't have a free builder until the upgrade is finished or canceled and can't hide loot. It could be quite usable when upgrading rax, heroes, sf, but will probably drain profit away from SC. Also, they've to change it so heroes are not healing while upgrading, so you can't effectively raid with and upgrade heroes at the same time.

That's really a shame they don't change that... I just had a new CW where I finished with 49% and 48%, both times with the TH down... I'm supposed to have 2 heroes lvl25, which means certainly 10-15% more and thus 2-stars both time, but can't use them because they are both upgrading. This is completely unfair when the guy on the other side 2-stars me with both heroes available. I don't understand why SC makes us invest so much time and DE into those heroes when you can't use them before you are globally a fully maxed TH10.

I know it's big money for them, but it's also about pleasure of the game.

I think I'll just stop participating in CW until I have both heroes lvl 40 :-(

No excuses. Everyone has to go the same process. Maybe these new players should have wished they started playing way back 2012. Am I correct?

Why unfair? You get to make your hero stronger, while your opponent decide to prioritized war than getting his hero stronger. And why would you upgrade both of your heroes at the same time?

Do you feel unfair to go into a college to study while your other friend decide to work to make money after high school?

Unfair because you have no way to know if your opponent will have heroes or not, so there is also no way to have a correct matchmaking if you might or might not have those troops that can make 15% difference on a raid !!!

Btw, I have no issue not having my heroes while upgrading in normal gameplay. That's indeed the price I'm paying for having them stronger, but in CW, this has too many uncontrolled impacts, not only on yourself but on your whole clan.

Why upgrade both heroes at the same ? Because if I didn't, I you just stay there with full DE storages. You can only store 200k DE as you only have one storage, and part from the lab, which takes a lot of time, heroes are the only place you can drop your DE. My heroes have both been constantly upgrading for the last few months, and even this way, my TH10 will be maxed before my heroes are, so why should I lose DE and lose time on upgrading my heroes knowing they are what takes the more time to upgrade ?

Yep, correct... but that was not possible as the Android version of the game only came on the market end of 2013 !!

Lol. Are you telling me I should have bought an iPad only for the sake of playing CoC ? I know I'm already quite addicted to this game (a lot too much according to my relatives) but I still didn't lose all senses of reality ;-)
