Should a non-gemmer’s base upgrade to TH9?

I am a non-gemmer. I estimate my TH8 base will be maxed within a month. Should I upgrade my base to TH9?

Most people would agree that you should fully upgrade before moving on. I upgrading mine prematurely but that was way before loot penalties existed.

yes of course, i am lvl 8 th, i am currently farming till i maxed out lvl 8 TH THEN I WILL UPGRADE TH to 9

Upgrade everything to max then move to TH9 otherwise you will be bored with nothing to do.

I wouldn't what's the difference between being stuck on a maxed th8 or a maxed th9 base what ever way your going to be stuck on a level at the end lol all th9 going to do is give you stupid amount upgrades with insane waiting days plus loot penalty you should just stay on th8 and enjoy a maxed out base go on a trophies run go and destroy loads bases with golems peks and dragons lol Iam staying on th8 until th10 come out

Ignoring all of the Building upgrades exclusive to TH9, you still get another Wizard Tower, Air Defense, Hidden Tesla and Archer Tower which you can always aim to upgrade at least to TH8 max standards. Oh and don't forget you get the two X-Bows which aren't too expensive at lv1.

I don't understand the question here. I think it should be obvious that you upgrade and try to get a max TH9 setup after you maxed it at TH8.
