i never used prep day to scout bases anyway...i mean i'd see who i could attack based on defenses, but at this point in war, i'm stuck attacking mid-late th9's, i'm almost always building some form of loonian, gowipe, gowiwipe, or gowiwi therefore it doesn't really matter about the late base swap, i know one of these armies will always be enough for the people i'm assigned to
