The one and only "Do you think Mods close relevant threads?" thread.

Ive seen 4 threads, all of which seemed to be in accord with the forum terms and conditions, discussing bunnies and caspers closed in the last hour. Ive just witnessed another thread, which discussed whether mods were closing relevant and active threads (the ones discussing bunnies) too early, just closed. Why are mods closing threads without reason?

If a thread is active and well, and members are discussing the thread topic, and doing so in a way that corresponds to the forum rules, why are the threads being closed?

So you just watched one get closed so you make a new one? /facepalm

See OP. This is exactly why. Now this new person who has no clue about cute bunnies, might indeed try and google more bunny pictures to impress. Now he might want to try new things too, who knows what bunnies he might find? Your thread is creating more bunny enthusiasts by the minute. While the mods are trying to control the same.

Discussing fluffy bunnies and naming and shaming is not allowed, (rules 1 and 6) so the thread was closed. Then discussing the closed threads breaks rule 4.... and here we are breaking rule 4...

The mods are probably polishing up the ban hammer as you read this. Good luck...

I guess I'm just bothered by how aggressive the mods target active and fruitful threads just because members discuss something which everyone knows is a huge in-game problem.

It says in the forum rules that you can't discuss certain things. Their forum, their rules.
