Ok war just started and I am going to unlock golems today and pekkas tomorrow. I want to try out gowipe so first let me tell you the levels of my troops that consist of a Gowipe
Pekka = 1
Golem = 1
Wall breaker = 4
Wizards = 4
Would I be able to 3 star this base with a gowipe?
Also , can someone please suggest me a good gowipe tutorial video or thread. Thanks
Update 1: Forgot to mention that my cc only has 20 troop capacity

It might. The concern with GoWiPe will be will there be enough time on the clock. The walls are pretty weak so that shouldn't slow the Pekkas down too much.
I would do a variant actually, I would consider using this tactic Gadi shows on TH9:
He and I were discussing his playing with it as of late yesterday. I like how this style of attack ties up the defenses and then the loons take advantage of the defenses being locked on other stuff (mitigating your time issue). If you did it I would attack from 12 as that is where most the air defenses (AD, Archer Towers, etc) are. Release loons as the outer defenses focuses on your GoWiPe team moving to mid. Wait for AD's to go down in that area if possible.
Definitely would be off book -- but that's how I would try it.
