    Archer Tower 12 can't one shot kill archer 6

    But archer tower 13 can one shot kill archer 7
    TH10, CoLeader BAY AREA, 3753, Billionaire, AQ Lvl 40, BK Lvl 40

    Yes, thankfully most th 10s seem to save that upgrade for last, so unless you're in high masters or Champ, you're probably fine.

    my minions on balloonion attack now require 3 shot from AT instead of 2...

    made them dead in 1.5sec instead of 2

    so yes... it affect my raiding...

    same goes for barching... about all troops take 0.5sec less to die... on 3min it add up and since building have now more hp (except camp) well... takes longer to destroy but troop die faster...

    we'll see in the long run but yes.. it does affect raiding (and defense) too

    so clash on!

    You completely ignored the target switching point because you don't know how to argue against it.


    The speed is actually increased slightly due to the fact that an archer tower will now be able to get X amount extra shots off at the moment of killing a troop, before being destroyed itself.


    Edit/PS: You admitted it yourself. That half a second difference. And you are right, it is close to a half of a second. But you need to think big picture here. How many archer towers do you have in your base? Each one of them hypothetically gets that extra half second difference. Finally, some base layouts will see this effect get exaggerated more than others. But the effect will still be there.
    Ok, if you want to think of this as a nerf to drags you're more than welcome to, but I will second the fact that your reasoning is ridiculous bordering on crazy. In the absolute best-case scenario for your theory (and let me be clear, the odds of this happening are 0.78% at the absolute highest and probably much lower), 7 level 13 archer towers all get off an extra shot on drags post-update. With each shot worth 49 damage, that adds up to 343 damage, or slightly more than an air def does in one second. Now, an extra second of air def is nice, but a less than 1% chance of getting that extra second is nowhere near game-changing.

    +1,000. As others have said, this update has nothing to do with dragons. Nothing. This change is focused on tier 1 elixir troops and minions.

    What I'm not sure about yet is how fast the retargeting will be. As my archers get one shotted, is another arrow already flying towards them?

    yeah so i pushed to 3473 cups with mass archers. its wasnt too bad. My first raid after the update almost got a loss. arch towers cause havoc. but cannons also since they take forever to die now. sure made things interesting

    I haven't attacked yet, so I can't answer, but this is the big question. I'm a balloonion user, so I too hope that the retargeting is relatively slow (maybe twice as fast as it use to be) to give those weak troops a chance.
