Sigh you're giving the posters in the ideas forum a run for their money.

Possibilities:

1) SC intentionally leaked the release notes to gauge player reaction
2) Some (disgruntled / half awake / overworked / drunk / not giving a damn) employee decided - Oh what the heck! So be it.
3) SC office:

Marketing head: *Finds the leaked notes. Calls up a meeting of community managers*
Marketing head: "So who was the wise guy who decided to leak this?"
CM1: "Not me. Was deleting threads for fun."
CM2: "Not me. Was busy administering temp bans."
CM3: "Was merging threads. Hey! CM1, switch with me next time."
Marketing head: "So it was not you guys?"
All CM's in unision: "Nope!"
Marketing Head: "What about those volunteer forums moderators and youtubers?"
All CM's in unision: "Naah! They are too busy trying to figure out how to get loot."

Marketing head: "Ok. BTW our CEO was mad because of the beer party we held in the office."
CM1: "Yup, and rightly so, we didn't invte him after all. Oh and the Kolmosolut was awesome."
Marketing head: "Here are the pictures, I had posted them on Facebook, did you see them? I am pretty sure our CEO got even more mad when I shared it with him."
CM2: "You just wan't to show off your new 40MP DSLR camera don't you?"
Marketing head: "Hehe! Yeah"

Obviously you noticed your thread wasn't a thread by itself anymore and reposting such is against forum rules.

Even if there is a leak (and I am not confirming there is one) SC wouldn't engage in a public debate about it for obvious reasons so if there is one it will be dealt with internally. Therefore threads like these serve no purpose and not much good comes out of such.
