My thinking is SC are going to wait a couple of weeks. With the Lvl 12 gold mine/elixir collector being released, is it only logical to wait a little bit to give people a chance to upgrade them?
As lvl 8 took 1 day, lvl 9 took 2 days, lvl 10 took 3 days and lvl 11 took 4 days, I can only assume lvl 12 will take 5 days.
I can see there being maybe a new year 1-gem boost.

3500 from every mine every hour when they are lvl 12. 6 mines all together make 21 000 gold per hour, and if we get one gem boost it is 42 000/hour, 42 000 x 24 x 7 = we would get over 7 MILLION from mines alone in a week. Just wow

A collector boost is better than nothing but any boost to resources isn't really that great, you can spend all day collecting and then lose it all when you get raided.
Personally I'd much prefer barrack boost or something like the half cost/half train time wiz offer they did a couple of months ago.

Gems only worth for boost and workers. But I stop with 4 workers. Lot people say that later they just sleep
