This will never be approved... You are talking about lowering someones income.
As you called it, this is a "Scheme" to bribe people into playing more frequently.
Luckily, Clash of Clans is so popular and addicting, none of us need any additional reason to log in frequently. So why would they give you more for doing something you always intended to do?
That's like a guy who always eats at the same restaurant every day. If the manager were to offer him 10% discounts for each day that he eats there consecutively, the restaurant would be losing money for no reason. The guy would eat there the next day regardless if he got the 10% or not, so the restaurant will just lose the 10% each and every day.
This type of scheme is only justified if you are having problems bringing people back, or not often enough.
The day they implement something like this is the day Clash of Clans has jumped the shark and is on it's downward decent into obscurity.
