Its not that bad. I just started TH8 and I know it's expensive but it will help me keep my research going as bases will now have more elixir.

Town hall 9 and 10 defiantly still need it.

TH8 - wall cost is 128,560,000 which is filling your gold storage(6 million max) 21.4 time's
TH9 - wall cost is 1,020,530,000 which is filing both your storage's( 16 million max) 63.78
TH10 - wall cost is 1,000,000,000 which is filing both your storage's( 16 million max) 62.5

Only one problem with your math.... Max storages can only hold 8 mil lol

chow is referring to the fact the both gold and elixer can be used at lvl9 walls and up. Hence the 16 million.

And TH9 cost's more because TH10 does not get any new wall's.

You forgot you can use gold and elixir for those. So 16 million combined.

But I have L7 walls and 200K is so expensive for TH7! How can you expect me to come up with all of that in just gold? Just pull it back to L7 and up and it will be good.

That's kind of how you sound. Don't think about yourself, think of the game as a whole

The game as a whole? No you are only thinking of yourself and that you just want yourself to be anle to get walls easy peasy. Thinking of the game as whole would mean this will allow more elixir available to almost everyone since no one will be wasting/dumping it on walls before they can stockpile. And lvl 8 walls and below are easy if you upgrade groups of them like you on any other building.
