They tried that. Guess what happened. There is no elixir to raid.

and if you stop complaining on here about it. And get farming it take that much less time. The update is coming. It is what it is. No amount of complaints is gonna change it again.

No u r missing the point. Im not just whineing. Walls for th8 there is what 225? So that is 112,500,000 worth of resources into 225 walls going from lvl 7 to lvl8. You dont think that it should be upgradable with both? After getting accustomed to lvl7 walls being upgradable by both i just feel that a wall costing 500,000 should be any resource i choose to spend on it. Its going to take twice as long to do walls at 500,000 whenni can only spend gold. Im trying to max out and move up! !!!! Not be held up by walls cuz i have full elix storage and no gold

Thousands if not hundreds of thousands of us have done it long before Walls for Elixir upgrade, you'll be ok.

I guess I better read up on the new update because I was unaware of what they are doing and am not learning it here. I also don't understand what suggestion or idea you are putting forth.

The new update u can get 1st de drill th7 2nd de drill th8. Th8 all collectors will have a new level 12 to upgrade too and only lvl 9 walls and up can be upgraded with elix or gold

Ya i am thinking of everyone in my position who have been raiding like crazy for de for that barb king. Im not being selfish. 112 and a half million resources needed to up grade 225 walls to lvl 8 if u dont loke thw raids u get try another league i raid atleast 100k of elix and gold every raid i do if i couldnt dump elixer into walls right now i would have half full elixer storages all the time... u cant really spend elixer on much barracks... lab.... and ure gold collectors and storages. What else takes elixer to upgrade? So not being abel to spend elixer on walls is going to result in an over abundance of elixer... i have no problems raiding for elixer how it is now

LOL, My update to th9 finished just about a 4 days ago because I was fully maxed for every little thing at th8 and wanted to add a DE drill.

That's good for you, but this clearly is not the general case. Otherwise SC would not be changing it.
