I hope the collector production rate will have a relatively high jump from level 11 to 12, like 1000 more per hour to force the people who didnt yet upgrade to level 9+ do it now and feel regret tho they could have upgraded them already!

At TH9 you have to drop all resources into walls if you want to farm de at higher trophies because TH10 will take you completely out expeditiously otherwise. That's why no loot is in Crystal because when you're up there getting de you dump all other resources first so you can go offline for a couple seconds if need be without getting smashed.

I had a TH9 up in the Crystal 1 a couple months ago (before I went to TH10) and that could not be further from the truth. You will get sniped regardless of how much you have in your storages; whether it's a TH9 or TH10 attacking you does not matter.

This might change for like Master 2 and up b/c at that point you can make your army and (probably?) Nexting cost back from the league bonus alone, but I haven't farmed that high so I can't claim to know for sure. Some have come on to say that it is exactly the same as in Crystal, others have said that they get hit by heavier armies, although not constantly and TH snipes are still very much prevalent up there as well.
