Pekka lvl 4 for th 9.

Actually that isn't quite true. Supercell actively encouraged players to attack higher TH levels by way of the win bonus. Although this bonus has been removed with the loot changes last year I have to admit that I missed the release notes saying that they wanted us to attack our own levels.

Until this update TH7 had to attack higher TH levels to get DE as they couldnt generate it themselves.

Moving up a TH level should not mean that you are no longer a target for those below. In every persons Journey there comes a time where you have to start attacking TH's above you.

Then attack them and stop complaining. Th9s can two star some completely maxed bases already. If you want lvl4 pekkas then go up and deal with the loot penalty.

Yes, agree with lvl 4 Pekka for TH9 as it can be upgraded to lvl 3 at Th8. There is no upgrade for Pekka at Th 9. I am guessing it will be in the future near or far hard to say. 😊

What's holding you back from upgrading?

Walls and heroes.
110 walls are skull. 122 are Lego.18 are lava. Need around 800 mill resources to make em all lava.
Heroes. King 20, queen 21-->22. Need 2 mil de more.
So its time taking and asked for an upgrade for pekka as lab is empty. Sry to hurt all those th10's, th 10 became so powerful and the recent addition of skeleton trap is so distracting,
Th 9 can only perfect planned attack, a little bit distraction and it's gone, we don't have enough offense to beat minor changes in our plan on a th10.

Totally agree, th 9 needs lvl 4 pekka. I could see why we didn't get it before wars, but its so necessary. Smh @ having basically the same gowipe at th 9 as you would a th8

Except for those extra 3 levels on the golem, extra spell slot, 20 extra troops and 5 extra cc space. But apart from that. Exactly the same.

And a queen. Still vaugely useful if does her usual wandering, devastating if by some miracle she behaves.
And usually a decent level by the time folks are complaining about not having level 4 pekka. Yep, that th8 gowipe is just as good.
Oh yeah, not only extra spell slot, but the fact it can have a jump in it, one of the only ways to keep the tin 'tards on track.

Your personal crusade for upgrading heroes available to war will NEVER HAPPEN. We only get nice stuff when it will make more money, not less. Still in shock at forward thinking nature of slashing hero regen. Cheered folks up, while making them far more attractive to boost.

Just man up and deal with doing war with one hero like i did for ages. (Very quietly and sneakily admitting that majority of those were pre-balance/nerf so a single lv30 did actually seem like a 'hero').
