There is no magical TH9 set-up that will defend against all, but with good walls and top end defenses, you can at least prevent 3 stars.
IMO you should youtube gowiwi base and then set-up some double gb spots to prevent hoggers. Not many come with air only

There is a trophy/clan war base on my YouTube channel, effective at being hard to 2 star, as to get th you would need to jump to town hall, luring all troops away from percentage and into core, or sending troops around base, giving up 50%. It wins a lot too.If needed I will happily share past war defences with you.
