Its not my opinion...... It's the definition of the word pattern. It has to be repeated to be a pattern, otherwise it's an occurrence.. Now, if you were to say, the fact that they did it last year increases the chances that they are starting a new trend, we can agree and once you post a cat pic we can get back on topic.

Bing dictionary, interesting choice. I'll use wikipedia: pattern, apart from the term's use to mean Template, is a discernible regularity in the world. I think that introducing boosts and then making them 1-gem in consecutive years is a "discernible regularity." We can argue over semantics all day, or you can wait a couple weeks for your definition of "pattern" to be true.

Well, I tried.....

but it since you insist on being a stickler for staying on topic.... This thread was about the correlation between one gem boosts and new collector levels, in other words......it had nothing to do with the pattern or lack of pattern established by previous Christmas time one gem boosts..... So...... Has there been a precedence set for releasing collector upgrades while simultaneously releasing one gem boosts? If not, then this whole sub conversation within this post is unrelated to the OP.
