Let's all give the people that zapped and farmed their BK without any help from the drill a moment of silence.



I still remember, when i reached 9k, i attacked people worth 100 DE. I went online the whole day just to get that 1k.



Did you guys get your BK by zapping, farming or bought him with gems?

I got mine in one day with no gems or lightning.
however, I did not upgrade him past lvl1 until I got to th8.

i did a combo of the three. Raided to 7k, zapped to 8k then said forget it and gemmed the restlol


Zapping will certainly decrease with the intro of the drill at th7, but it will never truly die out while production is limited

Same...then I remember having to boost barrack with my precious gems and raid for over an hour non-stop to get to 30k DE for l3 hogs (Currently TH8) since it is impossible to keep that amount safely in proportion to the amount you gain.

Still happy about the extra drills...
Not so happy about the walls, at all though.

Sniped my way up to Crystal 2 and got the 10k from victory rewards. Good times.

Also, i'd like to point out, that I think zapping is a ridiculous way to get de.
Boost two barracks and I can barch more de per hour than you can with your spell factory. Period.
So why? If you're going to use lightning, zap that darn 4th mortar!

Well, I did gem the initial 40 k cost for Archer Queen(if that counts).

I zapped and farmed until until I got my king, then proceeded to get him up to lvl5 as a th7 using hi while farming, and only zapping when there was a lot available

shouldnt be any problem holding onto de as th8 i maxed bk and dark troops at th8 and only struggled when I got to 50k plus, I would hit an equilibrium at 20k where if I wasn't farming de i would gain and lose roughly the same amount each day
