Did Supercell end the reign of Zappers with the Update?

Zaps happened because they can be done, not because they need to be. No excuse as the need vs no drill at th 7. Farm it, gem it or upgrade to th 8 for whatever de needed, but it isn't like you can't get de at th 7. And I have more than once getting zapped by th 10s using 5 lightnings. At th 9 !

Giving 4th mortar to th 8, elixir for walls, now a de drill to th 7, this game is going downhill if this actually happened. Where is the need to upgrade town hall if they keep giving features for lower town hall levels ?

Wow, you have a very negative point of view that I thoroughly disagree with. This game most certainly is not going down hill. It continues to get better and better.
