Sadly I don't think Supercell (a mult-million pound company) are stupid enough to accidentally post this information on the forums and magically just one person manage to get a screenshot of it, a ♥♥♥♥ one at that.

It was real. No mention of opt in/out feature for clan wars. Without this our clan will not war anymore.
Like everything else fine... but the clan war option is badly needed.

Is it really hard to understand the MODERATORS gets to know first hand information before it goes out in public.
let me tell you a story.
one day, a moderator logs in to his/her COC forum account to check/maintain the forum. He/She saw new updates posted by Anoushka then grabs a screen, logs in to his/her dummy forum account using a diffeernt PC or phone to have a different IP address from his/her moderator account and shares it to public.
