I'm sure it will be added eventually OP, but no one but supercell knows for sure when. People have been talking about th11 since th10 was added a year ago

The game isn't ready for TH11 atleast for another year.
SC has been luring more and more people to move to TH10.
But, The most loved way of the game - is farming. Which has gone nuts for TH10, compared to TH9.

So in short the answer imo is NO.
