With a fluctuating 20 members we are currently 5-0 in wars (losing our most recent by 1 star). We have a range of players from lvl 70 to lvl 130. Preferably we would like you to be lvl 70 or higher (non-rushed). Once we reach an appropriate number of member we are going to start doing competitions (War MVP, most donations, etc).
