I have done this to a couple who were new to the clan and when entirely too high or were trying to barch an attack for a silly one star. Wasn't going to let them get the second attack in.

1) I do wars to farm for loot, that is the whole point....

2) The war had started, and I attacked around 20-30sec after it started, the war had 23h59min left, and I was attacking a fresh base that didn't have any stars on it at all....
