Why wouldn't it be? If it's available for th8 then it's possible.

I got them at TH 8 w/out Gemming. Yes it's possible.

Very possible but most th8s are horrible de farmers so most dont.

I assume you are one of them if you are asking...

I did so it's possible. It's a painful process. I don't know if you count boosting as gemming but I boosted my drill. I also raided targets if they had a good amount of de but not enough elixir for me to have a profit.

The last few thousand de was a marathon. I sent the family out, played in a darkened room so I could set my phone's screen to the lowest setting. This last bit was to keep the phone from over heating. I boosted my barracks and played for about 10 hours.

Sounds worse than I felt now that I'm writing it out. LOL

I started raiding for the de 6 days before my lab would be available. I was able to get the de without too much effort. Just had to keep my gold storage low and elixir with enough to cover my troop costs, to dissuade attacks.

I just started mine yesterday. I farmed it all but did use boosted barracks. I barched in g2/g1. Then for the last push loonioned in mid c3.

It's possible! I have maxed out King and all dark troops for TH8 ( Valks lvl 2, Golem lvl 2, minions and hogs lvl 4) all you need to do is push with trophies at high cristal and then with lighting spells on full storages nd gettin DE from not well proceed storages or full drills using cheap troops like giants archers and barbarians! And don't forget to snipe because the league bonus helps a lot

Yes you can, however painful and hard it is. Keep your TH outside to get as many shields as you can then when you log on, try to get the max 6 hours before getting kicked, that is unless you can get the DE needed before then. The problem is, once you get to 20k DE and more, all the zappers and stronger players start hitting you when they find your base.
