Ninja's Guide to Dark Elixir Raiding for TH7

Thanks for the excellent guide. I love going for dark elixir and agree with your strategy. I also had level 5 BK and level 2 minions at TH7. I am new to TH8 and have my BK to 6 and my minions to 3. My dragons are now level 3 as well. My most common army for this is 3 dragons, 50 archers, 25 minions, 20 barbarians and 20 goblins. I find this to be very effective. I agree that trophies need to be between 1500 and 1900. Above that and the bases become too difficult. I just recent passed 200k total DE stolen.
Here is a recent attack I did that landed over 4,000 dark elixir!

I used the 8 dragon army and it worked great. I maxed my barb king and upgraded both my minions and hogriders. I even got enough gold to finish maxing walls.

I may just use your base since it seems you've had a good experience with it but I would also like your opinion on my base about how it will hold up when I max out and dark elixer hunt. My clans name is Bloodied Wings and my clash of clans username is -+Luffy7+-

Really would've helped in th7 lol, but I got barb king no gems on th7 and used kinda the same tactics, though I just revenged all the th9's that attacked me and got like 800 dark elixir each lol.

Nice guide, I am at the moment on TH7 but think I may have to upgrade alot of defense to carry on with my barb king saving.

This thread is really nice, helped me when I was trying to get my barb king early TH7 so I must bump

I have a question though. Do you think getting Barb king maxed out during TH7 would be worth it? Because Im sure its probably better to in TH8 with the drill and level 5 troops. So i was thinking upgrading my minions since I use BAM a lot.

Anyone have thoughts on this

Very nice guide, im hoping to give this ago myself and see what happens. Hoping for good gold and elixir loot too so i can continue to finish maxing walls and not be at a huge elixir lost.

Nice thread. You should put a disclaimer saying that this strategy will not work for everyone, as indeed it won't.
