I would say part of the loot "problem" is a few th10s (who mostly farm in low leagues) say loot is bad then the rest of the forum repeats it as fact when they themselves haven't experienced th10.

I do agree not to rush your th but th10 loot is fine, gold/lix is almost as plentiful as th9 (and we all know th9s crush th8s w no effort and cheap troops for easy loot) and th10 de is crazy good.

there is some truth to this. I find loot quite good up in masters. And I've been keeping builders and labs going since day 1. Farming isn't nearly as easy as th8 or th9. I think much of benefit is that the build times are so much longer.

The challenge is that if you go up to masters and you have th8 defences you'll get robbed blind.

I think you should do it.
But make sure to leave your collectors outside and log in once a week when the time comes

I would advice against that. You will have pekka5 but it will take you over a year probably just to get your th10 base to th9 standards.

Also raiding at th9 is very easy, you can flatten th8s w no effort and you will be getting easy loot all the time.

Th10 loot is plentiful too, just that you cant crush th8s anymore, need to attack th9s and th10s mostly which are not as easy (still barchable though).

Anyways go to th9 and do at least all legos and lv20 heroes is my advice.

Leggos are not needed. Especially if they make you hang around th9 with idle builders and a empty lab. I do agree with the lvl20 heros. You will need them to help raid the massive amounts of lix needed at the start
