they say that boxed bases (dense defenses) are gowiwi killers, and in such bases you want to take more golems (let's say 3 golems), or golems with pekkas (and witches (for example, 2 golems, 2 pekkas, few witches, or just do gowipe).
while in those anti hog bases, you can easily 3 star with 2 golems. so just look at the base and decide how much shield you need. if it's dense, got lot's of walls on the way, take more shield (pekkas are good with getting through walls as well). if there aren't so many walls on the way to the core (anti hog bases), use 2 golems and more witches+wizards.

as on tight base, im more interested on 26/30 hog with golem / witch go center .. like the one attacked you ... will try when my hog 5 finished ....

Thats awsome!!! You can attach much higher with such golem and witch..
I wouldnt count on hog attacks alot. Gotta be lucky or plan it super well!! Keep updating man!!
I read your guide on this time of attack. Before I saw your attack guide I thought this would be a very powerful attack style. Your guide has the guide with Pekka's rather than witches. Any suggestion on how you would change it with witches instead of pekkas? I really like your guides. I am learning to do GoWiWi and getting better at it little by little

The only problem with witches is that they dont crush into the center where the ADs are located) but rather destroy everything on the way slowly. So if you got level 2 witches they are pretty powerful even without the loons. I think you might need to release the loons at a bit later time since it might take bit longer for the troops to get to the center..
My witches are still level 1 and thats why i didnt try it with them..but i will once i upgrade them!!

that's one weird layout
pretty bad layout, against beast heroes. even with many mistakes it's still a 3 star. an attack against us
