4 builders... Should I keep 1 for walls only?

Right now I keep all of my builders busy. I schedule them so that a upgrade ends every night around the time that I'm usually on raiding. I do my upgrade and put the rest into walls. To schedule that so that something always ends every night I often have to upgrade bombs or other small upgrade. That's fine because everything has to be upgraded eventually but there's a limited number of small projects. There's going to come a time when I'm no longer able to keep all my builders busy and I'll have to keep one free to do walls.

I see, you're probably right... But I want the 5th builder pretty bad ehehhe and I need 600ish trophies to get it, since I've already started the push I'd like to just finish it now, wish I had thought of all the scheduling before but I did it pretty random and only sometimes I did the so called "small projects" for the same reason you do...

If anyone could answer my last question I'd be very grateful... Is it worth it to do bam (barbs, archers and minions) just to raid faster? I do use 120 ish DE per raid or at least every time I don't th snipe. Is it worth it in the long run or it's better to save the DE for the archer queen? Thanks a lot everyone for all the help!

Like those suggested here, try to schedule builders such that you have one freeing every day. That said, don't dump every last bit of resources into walls. You might wanna keep some in reserve for those pesky days where your scheduling went wrong and you have 2-3 builders freeing at once.

Your best defense is to keep resources low. Easiest way to do that is keep a free builder on walls.

Well I guess this isn't going to be a problem anymore since walls aren't going to be upgradable with elixir till lv9 Since I started pushing for master I'm going to finish anyway now though... I was wondering... Making minions so that I can attack faster, although it's not much it's still a little faster, is this little worth the dark elixir? Or I should stick with barch and not bam?
