Spell Idea - Toxic Fog 😰
Stops all towers, decreases opponents' clan castle troop health and heroes damage, hit points, and speed in range of radius for 4 seconds. DPS from the cc troops, heroes, and towers in range are weakened by 30% even after spell is finished with its job. Costs 30,000 elixir, It's Only available at th 10 as the secondary spell, and supercell must add a upgrade to the spell factory, and an upgrade to the laboratory. The Spell would just have a Silver and LightPurple effect to it. The appearance in the spell factory would be a bottle with silver and lightpurple liquid in it. Has toxic symbols in a wavy effect out side the bottle. What do ya think! If it's OP please let me know, and make suggestions.
