Got all of my gems from achievements, trees, bushes, and most importantly, GEM BOX.
Didn't hit the master league achievement yet tho.

I remember when I got 997 gems and I have like 10 more builder huts to complete the achievement of taking down builder huts, I went to snipe their builder huts, and giving them free trophies.

I got it through countless decoration clearings. I got the 5th one when the league achievements came out and I reached crystal league :P

i wasted alot of my gems in the arly stages but i did grind it out and finally got my 5th at th10 through achievements and obsticles. i also got the mighty statue and saving for the pirate flag.

Why people will stick their noses up at people who buy gems ill never know, without them (and me to a lesser extent) you wouldn't be playing the game, or if you were it wouldn't be as good and would have pop up adds every next.

This thread has nothing to do of ridiculing paying players. It is just the topic title was misleading. It should have been who got the fifth builders without paying. That is all.

Why people misinterpret it easily is beyond my comprehension. Even me whose english isnt first language knew at the first sight.

I got all my 5 builders free from game.

Got my last one by getting to masters and on way back down taken out 10 unloaded Inferno Towers. Did it half way through Th 8 roughly.

If I were to start over again I would buy a large chest and get all 5 builders straight away.

Your question is phrased in such a way as to imply that using gems is an illegitimate way to get your builder huts.

Guess what... Not only are gems legitimate in this game, but they are the only thing that keeps it going.

It always amazes me when people look down on those very people who allow this game to be free for everone else, and evangelize that no one ever buys gems. If they got their way, it would lead to the death of the game.

Exactly. Also, a gemmer buys resources to start upgrades, so they add more loot into the game. If they were active farmers and no gems would be spent on resources, it'll be horrible (loot-wise). Thank you gemmers, for keeping this game alive!
