Truthfully, you either:
1) Have no idea what farming is
OR
2) are a premmie.

If the first, let me just say that if you can't defend against BAM, or even Barb/Arch, you need to start farming.

If the second, you need to start farming.

I get your complaint about extremely high lvl attacker taking advantage of 2 or 3 TH lvl lower players, but your rant about farming itself is wrong. If i don't farm i don't have resources to build up my defence. As a nonegemer i had to spend about 90 percent of time farming, otherwise my base will grow very slow, very weak.
I played about 40 days so far, I am a TH7 still trying to max out my defenses, with half of my walls already purple-ed, the rest red. And I farm at 1100-1200 range. Noooo waaay i could get here this fast without farming!
So, to summarize, you are wrong.

i don't see anything wrong with farming it is perfectly good way to get resources isn't that what the game about clash of clans the clash part is you clash with others that also means farming I farm but I like it cause it gives me a good amount of resources for the use of a few cheap teir 1 troops

You complain, but you are farming, I can tell based on the people attacking you, also you have 5 builders, on TH 8 it's obvious you bought them. I have reached the peak of this game but that's because I restarted and have played for almost a year. I haven't spent a single dime. I beat the system not the game, but it seems you are in it for the competition, that's not a good idea since a lot of players (me) just mess around with the lower levels. The most fun I have is luring out CC reinforcements and then zapping them for no reason.

There does need to be a bigger reward for being in a high trophy count. I'm a half-maxed th8 and I'm down at silver 1 because I tried going up to gold 1 but the loot was so bad up there I decided to come back down to 1250 trophies :/

There was no need to revive this thread but true farmers don't farm active players unless they are a premature townhall 9/10.
