Hi guys iCalel here, started about 5 days ago.. this is how my base looks like..

for level 25 and under, i would definitely recommend farming. farming is when you put your Town hall on the outside of your base with no defenses covering it. This will give you a free shield, and protect your resources better. Also, farming will make you drop trophies which is a good thing because you will face easier opponents.

Try and compartment the limited walls you have. Make your splash damage defense the hardest to destroy.

Farming is definitely the way to go! I tried a hybrid base and have lost hundreds of thousands of loot in a matter of days.

Use uminportant buildings as a delay (collectors, elixors, army camps)

Don't double up walls. Wall breakers have splash damage that will take our two layers back to back.

Put your town hall out in the open (a corner). You'll get free shields dorm worry about trophy pushing till at least mid th8 (really no reason to push till th9 or 10)

Always upgrade EVERYTHING before moving to next TH (you can start skipping wall upgrades at THs 8, 9 and 10 ) including troops (ok no need for goblin 5 and 6 but everything else yes )

Protect your resources and splash damage (don't worry about AD till TH 6 when giant healer is an option) over everything else.

For attacking use mass barbs with a few wall breakers. Archers and wizards are great until TH7 (for farming at least)

Giant/archer >giant/wizard at your level as well for war

thank you! now i know what will I do before I go to TH 6. I just need to max everything first. hehe. well maybe it will take a week before I will get to TH6 for now moving my TH outside is the best option. (FARM MODE ALL THE WAY!)
