Go as low as possible without going beneath 200 as there are lots of level 1 and 2 collectors that fill up in an hour, plus you can 3 star everyone because they are only town hall 2/3/4
Try 1300-1600. Im getting 200k-400k inactive bases✌️

Batching is the way to go provided that your troops are L5.

On a more serious note: Try to find easy storage raids instead, and take the collector raids as a small treat here and there.

Personally I feel that the best trophy level is between 1200 and 1300. At this level i constantly find bases that have been left for a few days or completely abandoned. They are generally TH 7 or 8 and sometimes even 6's. Regardless the number this range has always been the most rewarding for me. Anything above this and the bases tend to be monitored and the players more active.
I'm a TH7 in Crystal 3. It feels like i'm 2 "skips" away from filled up Drills,mines and pumps. But i prefer raiding storages just for war practising.
