what does he do on defense?if you had 5 of them in your cc then what would they do, kill opposing troops or only do 80% damage. What about against heroes. or are you saying he does tons of ranged damage and then switches to melee for the kill? if so I have a similarly popular idea as well as similar, Branshee. click his link and we can compare, I like the idea though. (Im obsessed with grass troops for whatever reason...Just ask asdmus.) anyway, i like it a lot though if we could get an english name for him that'd be great....(if it is in english then lets just make a slang name like buzz or zap or something)

What my troop does is that he summons lightning that strikes every two seconds After he summons the lightining, he tries to get within melee range of his target. He has the ability to use both attacks at once, but the lightning stop at 5% health, meaning that this troop does range, but it is limited. Unlike your idea, he has the ability to do both at one time. I thought of some English name, but then, Valkyrie is Viking and so is Mjölnir.

Nice.Research Cost is fit with Cloud Shaman Troop.And balanced hp,attack, and ability.Thumb up.Suitable for COC.But about dealing 80% damage to hidden tesla.It is better for dealing 50% damage to hidden tesla.But really nice.
