Actually a key question is do you often use 2-3 golems or often just 1. If you often use just 1, and you can get a maxed golem from clanmates in cc, AQ is priority.
Personally I often use hybrid attacks using only 1 golem (with giants and hogs support) instead of classic gowiwi or gowipe, so I left golem at lvl 1 until AQ was 15. But AQ at 10 is a decent level, I don't think it will matter hugely.
Golems, your archer queen should be okay as lvl10-15, and golems get incredibly useful later on.

Thank you everyone for all of the feedback. I will focus on my golem from this point forward unless I have the spare DE to throw at my AQ (Which is definitely a possibility.)
I went golem, I feel bad as my clan only has one person with L4 golem. I will get AQ up in between lab cooking of Golems.
